Palette Window Shade Menu Most EazyDraw palettes have a Window Shade Control found in the upper right of the palette. They are blue in color. These are used to shorten a palette and are very useful for conservation of screen real estate. The Window Shade submenu provides commands for override control of the window shades of visible palettes. Each window shade has 3 predefined palette lengths. Interactively these are accessed by the clicked location on the window shade control. For menu reference these states are referred to as: Furled, Rolled Up, Shortened, and Unfurled. The image to the right depicts the use of this nomenclature for defining the window shade state of a palette. It is also easy to see these definitions by experimentation with the menu commands. The combinations provided are self explanatory. The commands may be applied to the front most palette, all palettes, or others (all but the front palette). The commands only work with palettes that have window shades. Check marks indicate the window shade states of the group of visible palettes having window shades. |
